Veuve Brisset Champagne is produced in Bouzy, France. The Bouzy village’s vineyards are located in the Montagne de Reims subregion of Champagne and are classified as Grand Cru (100%) in the Champagne vineyard classification. Vueve Brisset Brut Champagne is an exceptional wine that comes from the blend of fifteen crus and has aged long months in the cellar carved into the chalk.

Made up from two thirds of Pinot Noir and one third of Chardonnay with a dosage of 8g/L, the Champagne displays a fine bright and precise bead. There are upfront aromas of white flowered and apple blossom. Vibrant flavors of white-fleshed fruits, pear, peach and apple are elegantly balanced with characters of baked brioche and butter pastries. The more full-bodied style champagne has an impeccable balance of creaminess to fresh crisp acidity. Veuve Brisset Brut can be enjoyed as an aperitif or can be paired perfectly with white butter grilled fish and poultry.
